Security mortise lock PC55 SKG** – Straight faceplate 174 × 25 mm – Stainless steel

This SKG**® approved security mortise lock is suitable as a main lock for exterior doors, such as front doors, back doors, and shed doors. The lock features a straight brushed stainless steel faceplate measuring 174 × 25 mm and offers a reliable solution for both new construction and renovation.

With a backset of 50 mm and a PC dimension of 55 mm , the mortise lock is matched to standard PC55 routing templates. This makes it suitable for installing a new lock or replacing an existing mortise lock with corresponding dimensions.

The lock features a reversible latch and can therefore be used on both left- and right-opening doors. The latch is operated with a door handle, while the deadbolt is locked with a Euro profile cylinder. The deadbolt has a single-turn operation.

The straight faceplate is particularly suitable for installations where the lock recess is finished manually with a hammer and chisel. The brushed stainless steel finish ensures a neat appearance and can be combined with matching door hardware.

The security mortise lock has an SKG**® certification . In combination with a suitable SKG**® profile cylinder, it can be used within door security in accordance with the requirements of the Police Quality Mark for Safe Living (PKVW), provided that the other applicable conditions are also met.

The lock comes with installation instructions. The Euro profile cylinder is not included and must be supplied separately.
