Security mortise lock PC55 SKG** – Straight faceplate 174 × 25 mm – Stainless steel

This SKG**® approved security mortise lock is suitable as a main lock for exterior doors, such as back doors and patio doors. The lock features a straight brushed stainless steel faceplate measuring 174 × 25 mm and is suitable for both new construction and renovation.

With a backset of 50 mm and a PC dimension of 55 mm , the mortise hook lock is compatible with standard PC55 milling templates. This allows it to be used for installing a new lock or replacing an existing mortise lock with corresponding dimensions.

The lock features a reversible latch and is therefore suitable for both left- and right-opening doors. The latch is operated with a door handle, while the hook bolt is locked with a Euro profile cylinder. The hook-shaped locking mechanism ensures a secure closure of the door.

The straight faceplate is particularly suitable for installations where the lock recess is finished manually with a hammer and chisel. The brushed stainless steel finish ensures a neat appearance and can be combined with matching door hardware.

The security mortise hook lock has an SKG**® certification . In combination with a suitable SKG**® profile cylinder, it can be used within door security in accordance with the requirements of the Police Quality Mark for Safe Living (PKVW), provided that the other applicable conditions are also met.

The lock comes with installation instructions. The Euro profile cylinder is not included and must be supplied separately.
