247WOOD FIS routing template insert plate for Argenta Small hinges – 95 × 23 mm

This 247WOOD FIS routing template insert plate has been developed for accurately routing out Argenta Small invisible hinges measuring 95 × 23 mm . The insert plate is used in combination with the 247WOOD Routing Template FIS Base and makes it possible to route out both the visible and the stepped sections of the hinge.

The insert plate is manufactured from high-quality aluminum and is anodized after CNC machining. This creates a hard and wear-resistant surface suitable for repeated use. The routing jig can be used with virtually any type of router.

A 24 mm copying ring and an 18 mm milling cutter are used for milling. Thanks to the precisely manufactured recesses, the invisible hinge can be correctly milled into the door and the door frame.

This insert plate is manufactured entirely in the Netherlands and is suitable for both professional installers and experienced DIYers.

Important: the FIS insert plate can only be used in combination with the separately available 247WOOD Router Template FIS Base . Read the assembly and routing instructions carefully before use.
