JNF FLAT customizable recessed door handle with mortise lock – 120 x 120 mm – Black PVD

The JNF FLAT IN.20.226.TB from the 200 Series is an integrated mortise lock with an almost completely recessed door handle for interior doors. The special feature of this version is the customizable surface of the handle , allowing the door hardware to be visually matched to the door leaf.

Your own finishing material with a thickness of 1 to 2 mm can be glued onto the supplied base. For example, the same material or decor as the door leaf can be used, allowing the large square surface of the handle to visually blend into the door. It is also possible to deliberately use a different suitable material to create a contrasting accent.

This is the most important difference compared to the JNF FLAT IN.20.225. On the IN.20.225, the visible grip panel has a fixed JNF finish, whereas the IN.20.226 has been specifically developed to clad the central surface yourself .

The operation remains particularly discreet. The handle lies virtually flush with the door leaf and operates via a push mechanism. When the handle is pressed, an element extends to serve as a door handle to pull the door open. The mechanism allows the recessed handle to move as far inward as possible for sleek integration into the door.

The complete system measures 120 x 120 mm . The section on which the custom finish is applied measures approximately 104 x 104 mm . The lock faceplate measures 170 x 30 mm.

The system is manufactured from EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel and the visible metal parts are finished in Black PVD . The lock has a Grade 2 classification.

Customizable with your own finishing material

The central surface is finished by gluing a 1 to 2 mm thick material onto the designated base. This allows the handle, for example, to be clad in the same appearance as the door and blend almost completely into the door design. It is also possible to choose a contrasting finish. The cladding material itself must be supplied separately.
