With this standalone FIS Basic routing template (Invisible Hinge Routing Template), you lay the foundation for routing invisible hinges / concealed hinges, or expand the FIS Basic routing template set.

Thanks to the lugs on the rear, the hinge is always correctly positioned from both the door and frame sides.

Furthermore, you can choose from our diverse range of aluminium hinge insert plates, which you click into the FIS Basis routing jig. This makes mortising the stepped hinge easy and ensures it works with any type of router.

This FIS Basis routing template can be used with a 24-millimeter copying ring and an 18-millimeter cutter; please note that the cutter must have a total length of at least 90mm.

The milling jig is fully CNC machined and made of a very durable technical plastic.

Only suitable for rebate depth corresponding to door thickness
