An external relay is installed outside the keypad, usually on the protected side of the door/gate. Using an external relay is much safer. Even if someone physically damages the keypad or gains access, the relay remains protected and the gate cannot be opened without the correct code and connection to the external relay.

Together they offer maximum protection against burglary, thanks to two external relays with COM, Fail Open and Fail Close contact. Installation and configuration are effortless, allowing you to quickly enjoy enhanced security.
